Restricted Keys Request
Restricted keys can be ordered through SPL via the below process at a cost of $28 each
- Complete the SPL form (see link here), by indicating your unit number, adding your details, your billing details and your contact number. Keys can be sent to an address or picked up from Bundall show room, please specify which you prefer (please note sending will come with a cost).
- Once the form is completed, please email facilities@npaprojects.
com.au (NPA need to sign the form or keys will not be ordered). - We will then check the authority ownership and sign sending to SPL
- SPL will then make contact with regards to payment to you directly.
FOB request
- Transfer funds to NPA Realty BSB 062900 ACC 11172164 with a reference of your last name and unit number.
- Complete the building maintenance request form noting your reference from the transfer.
- The Fob request will be processed and you will be notified when Fobs are available to be picked up.

riority will be given to the person allocated at the specific booking time. If you’re late or don’t finish within your allocated time, we will endeavour to continue your move-in at the next available time.
The builder is working to install these late January 2024.
Kelvin is onsite during the week in the mornings, please email through [email protected] if you are needing to pick your keys up and what time between 8 and 10am.
You will need to provide a confirmation letter of settlement from your solicitor, bring a form of ID with you and sign a key collection form when you meet at Hemingway to collect your keys.
Hutchinson Builders has engaged DLP Manager as a transparent and convenient tool for residents and property managers to log and track any concerns that may be experienced in the apartment for the duration of the warranty period.
Once an item is logged in DLP Manager, Hutchinson’s maintenance team will assess and action accordingly, as well as providing a handy platform where you will be able to communicate directly with the team and subcontractors along the way.

More Fobs can be ordered through the building maintenance request form and will cost $40 each. Please transfer funds to NPA Realty BSB 062900 ACC 11172164 with a reference of your last name and unit number and then complete the building maintenance request form adding a picture of the request.
All residents are reminded to park in their own allocated park/s. We note that some cars have remained in non-allocated parks, and if this persists we will arrange for the cars to be towed at the owner’s expense.
Regular cleaning of the common areas will commence as soon as the current focus progresses from assisting homeowners moving in toward regular occupation.
Please refer to your SSKB Welcome Pack for information for how to access a copy of the by-laws. These documents are sent to each Owner as soon as we receive confirmation of ownership from their solicitor. If you didnt receive these please contact SSKB.

Rubbish Removal
Each resident is responsible for the removal of all rubbish associated with their move-in including; packing boxes, bubble wrap, paper wrap, furniture and appliance boxes etc. Please remove your rubbish and DO NOT throw it in the communal bin. There will be a cost charged to any residents who dispose of moving materials in the communal bin.

Security
For your safety, please ensure that all doors are closed properly when you enter the building. Do not prop open fire escape doors as this lets anybody enter the building, and gives them access to all levels.
