    Sale Contract Preparation and Signing

    Contracts will be issued via Docusign for buyers to sign electronically. Each buyer must have a separate email address for the contracts to be issued.

    The EOI deposit is fully refundable any time before a formal contract is entered into, to purchase the Lot.

    I/We the intended buyer(s) acknowledge the terms and conditions below:

    1. That by my/our submission of this document to the seller's agent is a request to the seller to prepare contracts for my/our review and execution.

    2. I/We agree to pay the initial deposit amount on submission of this form to the sellers trust account.

    3. No agreement to sell the property exists until all parties have signed and exchanged the contract. The insurance of the contract documents is not a promise by the seller to enter into the contract.
