We are excited to announce that Capri Villas has taken out top honours at the 6th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia), winning both a state and national award.
- Best Townhouse Development (Queensland)
- Best Housing Development (Australia)
Celebrating the best of the best in the Asia Pacific real estate sector in the past year, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) recognise Australia’s finest developers and projects across 42 categories.
The awards night was attended by just under 200 people within the property industry, with developer Jonathan Grasso of Monaco Property Group accepting the two awards for Capri.
Designed by global design practice Plus Architecture and local Gold Coast award-winning firm BDA Architecture, the luxury residential project offers a limited collection of 48 private, luxury villas set within a secure gated community.
Monaco Property Group Director Jonathan Grasso says the architects have taken a highly considered masterplanning approach to deliver a project that residents can be proud of, and the local community can embrace.
“The esteemed architectural and design accolade serves as testament to Plus Architecture and BDA Architecture’s exceptional design of the villas and the masterplan as a whole,” he said.
“The masterplan design includes five unique villa designs, each with its own distinctive offering and individual aesthetic that responds to its location within the community.
“These luxury villas have been thoughtfully crafted with three or four bedrooms plus multi-purpose room, and feature architecturally designed indoor-outdoor living spaces to suit the discerning downsizer or modern family.”
It is evident that discerning buyers have also recognised Capri as a luxury place to live, with the gated community now 50% sold.
With a prime locale close by – Surfers Paradise, Bundall, and Broadbeach – it is hard to beat Capri’s top location right in the heart of the city yet tucked away in a quiet residential pocket, long revered as one of the most coveted addresses on the Gold Coast.
Construction starting December 2023.
