We are excited to bring you the latest updates for Esplanade Palm Beach. The completion of structural works for all levels has set the stage for the commencement of the internal fit out phase.
Over the past month, Hutchinson Builders, has accomplished significant milestones. The installation of internal partition framing for levels 1–5 has been successfully completed, creating defined spaces within the building. Additionally, services rough-ins have been finished up to levels 1-6, ensuring that essential utilities and infrastructure are in place.
We are delighted to announce that the installation of glazing and frames is now underway, with levels 1–4 already complete. This adds not only to the aesthetic appeal but also enhances the functionality of the building. Over the next eight weeks, these installations will continue on the upper levels, bringing us closer to the realization of our vision.
Based on the latest construction program, we anticipate the completion of all units to occur in late Q4-2023.
